Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities may apply and will be communicated during the quotation process. For example, makhana and shilajit may have different MOQs based on product type and packaging preferences.

Quotation Process
All bulk order inquiries are handled through a structured quotation process. To receive a quote tailored to your requirements, please reach out to our sales team with detailed product specifications and quantities.

Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and, where applicable, a mutually agreed-upon advance payment.

Lead Time & Delivery
Production and shipping timelines vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination. Estimated lead times will be shared during the quotation process to ensure clarity and timely delivery planning.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure and reliable payment modes, including Bank Transfers (TT) and Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC) for large-volume orders.

Payment Terms
Advance Payment: A 50% advance is required upon order confirmation to initiate processing.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is payable either upon presentation of shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) or upon arrival of goods at the destination port—depending on the agreed terms.
Letter of Credit (LC): For high-value orders, we may accept an LC at sight issued by a reputable international bank.

Currency
All transactions must be made in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments
In the event of delayed payment, a penalty interest of 2% per month shall be applied, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Incoterms
All international shipments are governed by globally recognized Incoterms. We primarily operate under FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms—specific details, including port of loading, will be clearly mentioned in your Proforma Invoice.

Reliable Shipping Partners
We collaborate with trusted international carriers to ensure the safe, secure, and timely delivery of all consignments.

Customs Clearance
Exporter’s Responsibility: We handle all export customs formalities and documentation from India.
Importer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and any regulatory requirements in the destination country.

Comprehensive Documentation
Each shipment includes all essential export documents, such as:
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (for Makhana, if required), Certificate of Analysis (for Shilajit, upon request)

Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are provided with each order. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance Coverage
Under FOB terms, goods are insured by us up to the point of loading onto the vessel or aircraft.
Under CIF terms, we provide insurance covering standard transit risks until goods reach the destination port. Buyers may opt for additional coverage based on their needs.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the goods promptly upon arrival at the destination port or warehouse to ensure quality and accuracy.

Reporting Damages or Discrepancies
Any concerns regarding damage, quantity mismatches, or quality issues must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receiving the goods. All claims should be supported by photographic evidence and/or a third-party inspection report.

Claim Resolution
Once a claim is verified and deemed valid, we are committed to offering a fair resolution. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include a partial refund, replacement, or credit note for future orders.

Return Policy for Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products—such as makhana and shilajit—we do not accept returns after dispatch, unless a verified quality issue has been reported under our claims process.

Force Majeure
Anahara Overseas LLP shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, or labor disruptions.

Data Collection
We collect essential personal and business information solely to process orders, ensure smooth communication, and fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.

Use of Information
Your information is used exclusively for business-related purposes in connection with your transactions with Anahara Overseas LLP.

Data Security
We are committed to safeguarding your data. Robust security protocols are in place to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of your personal and company information.

Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share your personally identifiable information with any third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your order—such as with trusted shipping partners or customs agents.

Applicable Law
All company policies, as well as any contracts or transactions with Anahara Overseas LLP, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Delhi.

Amicable Settlement
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these policies or related transactions, both parties shall make every effort to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion and negotiation.

Jurisdiction & Arbitration
If a resolution cannot be reached within [Number] days, the matter shall be submitted to either:
Binding Arbitration in Delhi, India, conducted under the rules of [Specify Arbitration Body, if applicable], or
Resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India, as mutually agreed.
